Colorado Mental Health Institute at Fort Logan (CMHIFL)
The Colorado Mental Health Institute at Fort Logan (“CMHIFL”) is a 94-bed hospital that provides inpatient behavioral health treatment services to adult patients. CMHIFL serves as the State’s “safety net” provider for inpatient psychiatric services, predominantly treating the indigent, as well as Medicaid-eligible and Medicare-eligible individuals. Individuals are referred for admission by the community mental health centers, county departments of human and social services, and the Department’s Division of Youth Services.
